Zoe Saldana has just picked up a big win at the Golden Globe Awards. This follows the film sparking some controversy upon release.

On Sunday evening, Saldana was named as the winner of the Golden Globe Award for Best Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture. This was for her role as Rita Mora Castro in the film. Also up for the award was one of her co-stars, Selena Gomez, who played Jessi Del Monte. Other nominees included Ariana Grande as Galinda Upland for Wicked; Felicity Jones as Erzsébet Tóth for The Brutalist; Margaret Qualley as Sue for The Substance; and Isabella Rossellini as Sister Agnes for Conclave.
